Equipment

 

I’m obsessed with Equipment silk blouses.   They are in stock at Janine Edwards, at Marina Mirage.  I have had my eye on a blouse for a while, but the price tag is not pretty.   Anyway a few months ago, I sold heaps of clothes on ebay and took the plunge and bought a white one with a zag zag tie feature on the front. I love it! 

 

 

Life Saver & BFF neighbour also bought an Equipment blouse about the same time and we joked about how we can’t wear them as they are too good! Sometimes we wish the worst to ourselves  don’t we, because I wore mine and you guessed it – it’s not the same as the one that I bought! 

After I ran the GC half Marathon (yes – I’m milking it for all it’s worth!), The Love of My Life decided to help with the washing.  He has probably done two loads of washing in our 17 years of marriage, and what does he do?  He washes Mr 12 Rugby clothes on a ‘fast wash’ cycle with my Equipment Blouse that I have worn once!  So now I suppose people think I have two Equipment Blouses in the same style, in two different colours: the white one I wore once and the cream one, I’m stuck with!

Next week I’m heading back to Toowoomba for the launch of The Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers.  I can’t wait. I’ll have heaps of new and stories.  Maybe I can get some photos of  Lees very cool place I was telling you about in my last blog.
